• Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase for basic analytics and crash reporting. See their Privacy Policy at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• iCloud Backups: We use iCloud to store game progress, subject to Apple’s privacy terms.
• Kids’ Privacy: Mystiks complies with COPPA. We don’t collect any personal data from users, including children under 13. Parents can contact us for privacy concerns.

Terms of Use

Mystiks by ELO LLC lets you collect, customize, and play mini-games with digital pets using exclusive skins, emotes, and backgrounds.

• Free Version: Core features, basic customization, starter content.
• Mystiks Pro: Premium content and exclusive customization via subscriptions.

Virtual Currency and Items

You may earn or purchase virtual currency (“Shards”) for in-app virtual items (“Virtual Items”):

• Licensed, not sold; non-transferable, revocable, limited to app use.
• No real-world value; cannot be traded or redeemed for money.
• May be modified or removed without notice.
• Forfeited upon account termination.
